Favorite teacher

My name is Melina and I am a student at Edna Brewer Middle School currently in the 7th grade. I have been wondering about who are the students favorite teachers. So I interviewed some of our students, I asked them three questions: who is your favorite teacher? Why is he/she your favorite teacher? And what’s so good about your favorite teacher? So here are the answers I received from them….
I interviewed Stella an 8th/7th grade student. She has her own opinions about her favorite teacher. She said,” My favorite teacher is my math teacher, Ms.Yoo, because she makes learning easy and doesn’t give so much homework and also she is very nice. She always explains the problem well when I am having trouble with it. So that’s why she is my favorite teacher.”
I also interviewed Mandy, an 8th grade student. She also said Ms.Yoo was her favorite teacher. She said, “Ms.Yoo is my favorite teacher because she takes her time to teach us, and cares about her students, trying to make it easy for us to learn”
Another student I interviewed was Kao also an 8th grade student. He said, “My favorite teacher is Mr. Bradford an Algebra teacher. I like him because he teaches his subjects well and makes us laugh a lot, he always explains the problem when someone needs it and always keeps his paste so we keep up. “
The last person I interviewed was a 7th grade student, Carmen. She says her favorite teacher is Mr.Long, a history teacher. She likes him because he is a good teacher but a little strict. But sometimes he enjoys having fun by like making jokes. His work is easy and his students laugh.
Those were the responses I got from our students. I think that students like the teachers because they are fun and really good teachers so it’s easy for them to learn. I think that the teachers make it fun and exciting and at the same time educational. I think all the teachers in the school are the best that we can ever ask for. So that’s the reason I asked the students for their opinion.
